Step Two
Our experienced designers will work closely with you during your free no obligation designer appointment, taking measurements in your home and discussing colour palettes and different finishes, aswell as providing opportunity for you to browse our samples, before creating your design and quotation right there and then for you. We believe in a no pressure sales approach, with the emphasis on giving our customers great design at the best possible price.
Step Three
We have an amazing team of people at our Manchester based factory, Keith’s in charge and having started out with Monarch over 30 years ago, has this amazing ability to turn every design into reality. Keith only works with the leading suppliers for all our components and his craftsmanship is second to none when it comes to quality…in other words nothing passes Keith unless it’s past perfect.
Step Four
As guests in your home our fitters work considerately around your home life with minimum disruption and maximum skill, all our fitters are employed by us and trained by Keith- I’ll say no more.
Step Five
We’re fanatical about great service and with a dedicated team of showroom staff with a wealth of knowledge and experience, support is on hand at every interval. Our showroom staff will stay in touch from design to installation, giving you a more personal buying experience.
